Please input as much information as you can about your product, this will make it easier for Global Buyers during their search for products and likewise increase your products visibility on the site. Once, a global buyer orders a sample item of your products on the web portal you will be immediately notified of the order by email. Once you receive the Order Slip, you would then be able to attend to the Global Buyers request and coordinate shipment and payment. The order Slip will contain details such as address and other pertinent information. The Global Buyer will indicate in the Order Slip the mode of shipment and payment he/she prefers. The payment that you will be receiving from the Global Buyer will be inclusive of the Cost of the Item Sample and Shipping Costs. For Global Buyers who wish to make their payments online, they can do so through GlobalTradePhilippines.com’s secure online payment facility. The payment will then be remitted to the Supplier Company.

If a Global Buyer wishes to pay the Item Sample and Shipping Costs online, once we have received the Order Slip, we will contact you by email/phone/fax. Our Customer Service Representatives will ask for your Bank Account Information if this will be your first transaction, or we will ask you to verify the Bank Account Information you have given in the past. We will also verify with you the Amount which will be deposited in your Bank Account if it is correct. We will then remit the payment made by the Global Buyer to the Corporate Bank Account you have given us.

Please check your email account regularly (as you will be receiving notices on inquiries on your products) so you may attend to these inquiries in an immediate manner. It is a requirement on your part that you attend to product inquiries or any activities concerning your GlobalTradePhilippines.com account within 3 working days upon notice by email. If you have not attended to notices sent by GlobalTradePhilippines.com our Customer Service will contact you by Phone or Fax and result in a default. (If notices are not acted upon within 5 working days this will result in a default.)
A company is only allotted 5 defaults, once 5 defaults have been accumulated your account will be terminated and all membership payments made by your company will not be refundable. The objective for this policy is to ensure that quality service be provided to our clients (both Supplier and Global Buyer members) —especially the quick service which sets GlobalTradePhilippines.com apart from other B2B portals.
